Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence.
Maintain access control by verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring authorized entry.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
Perform thorough checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by answering questions and providing directions.
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports for all security-related activities.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
Valid Security Guard License or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong observational and surveillance skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Observe strict confidentiality concerning patients and their conditions and never gossip about them to others.
Be present on all assigned workdays and schedules unless you have requested permission at least two weeks in advance and arranged for a colleague to cover your shift. You may be called upon to perform urgent duties on public holidays.

GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION
Breach of the terms of this Code of Conduct.
Concealment of any material fact which you ought to have disclosed to the company.
Insubordination, refusal to follow lawful directions.
Misconduct—conduct inconsistent with the due and faithful discharge of the duties for which you are employed.
Habitual neglect of duty without lawful or reasonable excuse.
Incompetence.
Incapacity caused by illness, unsoundness of mind, or bodily incapacity.
Any loss or damage caused by negligence by an employee shall be recoverable from the employee.
