Administrative Team

Dr. Margaret "Maggie" Sabay was born in Bukwo and grew up in Bukwo and Eldoret, Kenya. She is a US Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in Industrial Psychology. Dr. Sabay worked extensively in urgent care and served as Grand Canyon University’s Chief Infectious Disease Officer. Dr. Sabay has addressed the Uganda Ministry of Health and is consulting on the forthcoming Uganda National Health Policy and Guidelines.
